Shipping Area
LATOI BEAUTY currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing and Delivery
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to arrive after it has been processed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review your address before submitting your order.

Changes and Cancellations
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation or shipping-address change within 3 days of placing your order. Requests submitted after that period, or after fulfillment has begun, may not be possible.

To request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages
LATOI BEAUTY is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
